Really, how come?
I truly believe that the more people who know about Reiki and crystal healing the better the world will be. After my father passed away, I found that I opened up more spiritually. I started to explore Reiki and crystals and they really helped me process my grief and start healing. As I cleared my energy blockages, I found my anxiety lessened and I was more in tune with my own emotions.
Reiki is a Japanese technique where a therapist channels the universe’s life force energy into the recipient to help activate their natural healing response.
It can help reduce stress, make you feel more centred, aid better sleep and ease aches and pains. It heals on all levels: emotional, physical and mental. It doesn’t cure diseases but it can help your body create an environment that encourages healing.
I place my hands over or on your body (you are fully clothed) to help unblock any stagnant energy and get your chakras spinning as they should. Energy flows through everything. If your life force energy is low, you’re more likely to feel sick or emotional. If we find balance and harmony then we experience a sense of wellbeing.
Crystals give out positive energy and absorb negative energy. They all vibrate at precise frequencies – that’s why they’re used to make things like Quartz watches, computers and televisions work. Similarly, the crystal’s charge interacts with the electrical field of our body. Crystals can help clear energy blockages in our chakras and bring our balance and equilibrium back.
Crystals heal holistically. They work on our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves.
Depending on your needs, I’ll place different crystals on or around your body and on chakra points before activating each of them with a master crystal (you’ll be fully clothed throughout). This helps bring you back into alignment.
